Live Clean USA Influencer Campaign

When Live Clean came to us, they already had notability in Canada but now needed to expand to the US - and fast.

The normal tactics of posting frequently and sharing amazing content with some paid advertising was moving the needle, but not fast enough for Live Clean. Enter Influencers! We elected to use Instagram as the primary platform to promote the brand.

We chose to work with 15-20 micro-influencers per scent to promote Live Clean’s Hero line of shampoos and conditioners. In order to maximize effectiveness, we ensured our influencers were posting their content to share in-store and online promotions with their followers showing real results.

We made sure each influencer’s content aligned with our own brand’s feed so we would be able to repurpose all imagery for UGC. Additionally, I was charged with communicating with each influencer to make sure all copy and imagery was correct prior to influencers posting on their channels.

To increase buzz, we reposted imagery on Instagram Stories and linked store locations relevant to the promotion so followers could purchase Live Clean and take advantage of the sale.

By the end of the campaign, Live Clean’s following had increased by 65% in two weeks and engagements was up by 87%. Influencers shared their page views and Instagram Story numbers so we could verify they were directing legitimate traffic to Live Clean’s Instagram feed and an increase in online page visits using UTM links.
